AI tools can be helpful by helping the providers in managing cases and identifying needs. With technology, it gives people the resources to be able to be educated online. 2030 there will be over 70% of agencies that will use some form of AI (American Public Human Services Association [APHSA], n.d.).

🧠 Trauma-Informed Care

This current project is a type of care that focuses on understanding how someone feels and asking them open-ended questions to hear their thoughts. With this type of care, it creates a safe space for individuals, and supporting environments. Training for trauma informed care will become more popular, and practitioners will be better at creating a supporting environment (Begin With Integrated, n.d.).

🔑 Key Strategies for Workforce Development and Retention

There can be a lot of burnouts in human services positions. It is important to offer support. Having more of a flexible work schedule is becoming popular, and having a reward and recognition system is also becoming popular. Human services agencies will provide more leadership and teaching for their employees (National Council for Mental Wellbeing, n.d.).​
